高粘度乳化炸药快速化学发泡敏化机是煤炭部重点研究项目之一,1997年通过部级鉴定(证号:煤部科鉴字1997—238号),并已获得国家专利(专利号:ZL95240928.3)。它具有自动凉药、敏化与快速发泡为一体操作的三项功能,在单机内即可完成上述工艺操作,适用于乳化炸药生产线的机械化、自动化一体操作,是目前国内最为先进的专用化工设备。
High viscosity emulsion explosives rapid chemical foaming sensitizer is one of the key research projects of the Ministry of Coal Industry. In 1997, it passed the ministerial-level appraisal (No .: 1997-238 of Coal Division Kejian) and obtained the national patent (patent number: ZL95240928.3). It has automatic cooling medicine, sensitization and rapid foaming as one of the three functions of the operation, in a single machine to complete the above process operations, for emulsion explosive production line of mechanization, automation integrated operation, is currently the most advanced special chemical equipment.
