医院感染延长住院日不同统计方法的比较

本文使用病例对照配对法研究医院内感染患者住院日的变化,23例术后切口感染患者的住院日延长天数呈正偏态分布,使用对数变换后再按正态分布规律分别计算几何均数和算术均数,结果可见同一资料住院日的几何均数都小于算术均数,说明使用对数变换后以几何均数计算医院感染延长住院日均数供评价医院内感染对住院日影响的强度比较确切。 In this paper, case-control matching method was used to study the change of hospitalization days in patients with nosocomial infections. The number of hospitalization days in 23 cases with incision infection was positively skewed. After logarithmic transformation, the geometric mean and Arithmetic mean, the results can be seen the same data hospitalization days geometric mean are less than the arithmetic mean, using logarithmic transformation of the geometric mean calculated nosocomial infection to extend the average number of hospital days for the evaluation of hospital infection on the impact of hospitalization intensity exact.
