在硫酸溶液中以碘化钾-MIBK萃取,氨水反萃取,可将镉与干扰离子定量分离,随后用甲醛解蔽,在碱性溶液中以镉试剂2B光度法测定微量镉。本文试验并讨论了分离和测定的最佳条件。配合物的最大吸收在505nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.04×10~5,镉浓度在0—10μg/25ml之间符合比耳定律。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,全部免除了有毒试剂的应用。用本法测定了废水中的微量镉,结果良好。
In sulfuric acid solution with potassium iodide -MIBK extraction, ammonia stripping, cadmium and interfering ions can be quantitatively separated, followed by formaldehyde shelter, in alkaline solution with cadmium reagent 2B spectrophotometric determination of trace cadmium. This paper tests and discusses the best conditions for separation and determination. The maximum absorption of the complex at 505nm, the molar absorption coefficient of 1.04 × 10 ~ 5, cadmium concentration between 0-10μg / 25ml in line with the Beer’s law. The method of high sensitivity, good selectivity, all from the application of toxic reagents. The determination of trace amounts of cadmium in wastewater by this method gave good results.
