按照《海洋监测规范》相关方法要求,分别于2010年3月、5月对江苏如东滩涂文蛤产地环境中大肠菌群和细菌总数以及各环境因子进行调查检测,分析研究该环境中细菌总数和大肠菌群的分布特征、污染程度以及与各环境因子的相关性,并用单因子污染指数法评价其受大肠菌群污染状况。结果表明,表层海水细菌总数范围10~4.8×104/mL,平均值为6.63×103/mL,大肠菌群范围0~3 200/L;沉积物中细菌总数为0.1×103~3×104/g,平均值为5.64×103/g,大肠菌群范围0~3.80/g。对各环境因子进行相关性分析,得知:该环境中,细菌总数与CODMn、硫化物以及无机氮含量有显著的相关性,相关系数R分别达到0.994、0.992和0.983;大肠菌群与CODMn、硫化物、无机氮以及磷酸盐含量也有较好的相关性,相关系数R分别为0.995、0.985、0.974和0.931。表层海水中大肠菌群有2个站位超标,其余站位均符合质量要求,沉积物中大肠菌群均符合质量要求。
According to the requirements of the relevant method of “Marine Monitoring Code”, the total coliform bacteria and bacteria and the environmental factors in the producing areas of Ruditapes rubra in Jiangsu Rudong were surveyed and detected in March and May of 2010 respectively. The total number of bacteria and The distribution characteristics of coliform bacteria, the degree of pollution and the correlation with the environmental factors, and evaluated by the single factor pollution index method of coliform contamination. The results showed that the total number of bacteria in surface seawater ranged from 10 to 4.8 × 104 / mL with an average value of 6.63 × 103 / mL and coliform bacteria ranged from 0 to 3 200 / L. The total number of bacteria in the sediment ranged from 0.1 × 103 to 3 × 104 / g, the average value of 5.64 × 103 / g, coliform bacteria range 0 ~ 3.80 / g. Correlation analysis showed that the total number of bacteria was significantly correlated with the content of CODMn, sulfide and inorganic nitrogen in the environment, and the correlation coefficient R was 0.994, 0.992 and 0.983, respectively. The number of coliforms and CODMn, Sulfide, inorganic nitrogen and phosphate content also have a good correlation, with correlation coefficients R of 0.995, 0.985, 0.974 and 0.931, respectively. Surface seawater coliform bacteria 2 stations exceeded, the remaining stations are in line with the quality requirements, sediment coliform bacteria are in line with the quality requirements.
