环丙沙星为第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药,常见的不良反应有神经精神症状,过敏反应和消化道症状,引起脱发者少见。笔者见有2例静滴环丙沙星注射液引起脱发者,现报道如下。 例1.女,17岁。持续高热1周入院,诊断为伤寒。住院治疗:环丙沙星注射液200mg静滴,bid,10％葡萄糖注射液 500ml加维生素 C2.0、维生素B_6 0.1、10％氯化钾 10ml,静滴,每日1次。治疗第5天,患者开始出现脱发,每日脱发数百根。停止使用环丙沙星注射液,改为静滴氨苄青霉素,脱发渐减轻, Ciprofloxacin quinolone antibacterial drugs for the third generation, common adverse reactions are neuropsychiatric symptoms, allergic reactions and gastrointestinal symptoms, causing hair loss rare.
