我厂铁精矿过滤,原来使用两台32米~2内滤式真空过滤机处理,效率低,精矿水份高。同时,由于过滤机筒体长,滤饼需用皮带机自筒体内输送至精矿池内,操作中稍不留意,皮带机被卡死,影响正常生产,操作不方便,检修费工时。精矿车间革命职工,在兄弟单位帮助下,破除迷信,解放思想,利用一台报废了的外滤式过滤机的传动装置及分配头,试制成功一台内滤式永磁过滤机,于1971年10月投入生产使用至今。生产实践表明:该机生产效率高;同时,由于简体短,取消了滤饼输送皮带机,降低了电耗,便于检修,便于操作,深受工人欢迎。
