在一般机械加工中,一次走刀完成后,要求退回空程的时间越短越好,以提高工作效率。我厂自行设计的机床,采用了一种自动变换速度的变速器。这种变速器结构简单,能满足机床慢速进给、快速退回的要求。现简介如下。一、结构这种变速器是在蜗轮蜗杆减速器的基础上,增加几个零件(见图1),齿轮Ⅰ和齿轮Ⅱ是活套在轴Ⅰ上的,在两齿轮中间有一个带有螺纹的飞轮,当轴Ⅰ顺时针转时,飞轮压紧齿轮Ⅰ,带动输出轴Ⅱ逆时针转动(机床工作进给)。电动机反转时,飞轮松开齿轮Ⅰ,压紧齿轮Ⅱ,这时轴Ⅱ反转(机床快速退回)。
