轨交隧道上方建筑拆除对隧道变形影响的控制

名城广场位于轨交隧道上方,隧道顶部离名城广场地下室底板最近处仅2 m。因上海静安嘉里中心项目建设需要,需拆除名城广场地上建筑物及其部分地下室。根据《地铁保护条例》对轨交隧道变形控制的要求,采用了“逐层拆除,拆一填一,平衡压重”的办法,以控制轨交隧道因上方荷载变化造成的变形。施工前采用相关软件对每一工况进行复核计算,得出轨交隧道的理论变形值;施工过程中严格按方案实施,相关变形量远小于轨交的控制标准,确保了轨交的安全。该项目已顺利竣工投入运营,其成功的变形控制经验,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。 City Plaza is located above the rail cross the tunnel, the top of the tunnel from the city basement basement floor nearest only 2 m. According to the requirements of the Subway Protection Regulations for the deformation control of rail cross-section tunnels, the method of “layer by layer dismantling, dismantling and filling, balancing pressure and weight” is adopted to control the deformation caused by the change of load at the rail crossings. Before construction, relevant software was used to check and calculate each working condition to get the theoretical deformation value of the rail cross-section tunnel. The construction process was implemented strictly according to the plan and the relevant deformation amount was much smaller than the control standard of rail crossing, thus ensuring the safety of rail crossing. The project has been successfully completed and put into operation. Its successful deformation control experience can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
