《企业内部控制基本规范》和《企业内部控制配套指引》从2012年1月1日起已开始在上海、深圳证券交易所主板上市公司中实行,财政部同时鼓励非上市大中型企业提前执行。国有企业应在贯彻执行内部控制规范方面提前研究筹划,积极实施。本文按照内部控制的体系设计和规定要求,结合国有企业生产经营实际工作,对如何有效加强采购价格管理进行了探索研究。
The Basic Standards for Enterprise Internal Control and the Guidance for Enterprise Internal Control have been implemented in the listed companies on the Main Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange since January 1, 2012. The Ministry of Finance also encourages the implementation of unlisted large and medium-sized enterprises ahead of schedule. State-owned enterprises should study and plan ahead of time in implementing the code of internal control and actively implement it. In accordance with the requirements of system design and regulation of internal control and the practical work of state-owned enterprises, this paper explores how to effectively strengthen the procurement price management.
