目的探讨复方中药组方对阳虚证小鼠神经内分泌免疫功能的影响。方法本实验采用经典的氢化可的松小鼠阳虚证模型,将氢化可的松小鼠分为4组,分别与生理盐水组、温阳化痰剂组、滋阴剂组和温阳化痰滋阴复方剂组比较,并设空白对照组,通过连续测定实验动物的体重和体温变化,测定血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ATCH)、皮质醇(Cor)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)的水平和胸腺指数、脾脏指数的变化,比较分析温阳化痰滋阴复方及其组方对阳虚证小鼠神经内分泌免疫功能的影响。结果阳虚证模型组小鼠具有明显的神经内分泌调节功能紊乱,滋阴温阳化痰复方组、温阳化痰组、滋阴组不同程度地提高了ATCH、Cor、TSH、T3、T4的水平和胸腺指数,降低了脾脏指数,表明各组均可不同程度促进神经内分泌免疫功能的改善。结论阳虚证存在神经内分泌免疫功能的紊乱,温阳化痰滋阴复方中药及其组方能不同程度的调节神经内分泌免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on neuroendocrine immune function in Yang deficiency mice. Methods In this experiment, a classical model of hydrocortisone mouse yang deficiency was used. The hydrocortisone mice were divided into 4 groups: normal saline group, Wenyang Huatan group, Ziyin group and Wenyang group. A comparison of yin and yin combination prescriptions and a blank control group were conducted to measure serum adrenocorticotropic hormone (ATCH), Cortisol (Cor), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and triiodide by successively measuring body weight and body temperature of experimental animals. Changes of T3 and T4 levels and thymus index and spleen index. Comparative analysis of the influence of Wenyang Huayu Ziyin Fufang and its constituents on neuroendocrine immune function in mice with Yang deficiency syndrome . Results The mice in the Yang-deficiency model group had obvious neuroendocrine regulation dysfunction. Ziyin Wenyanghuayu compound group, Wenyang Huayu group and Ziyin group improved ATCH, Cor, TSH, T3, and T4 to varying degrees. The level and thymus index decreased the spleen index, indicating that each group can improve the neuroendocrine immune function to varying degrees. Conclusion There is a disorder of neuroendocrine and immune function in Yang Deficiency Syndrome. The Wenyang Huayu Ziyin Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine and its composition can regulate the neuroendocrine and immune function to varying degrees.
