用结核杆菌及其Ｌ型分别感染Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６Ｎ小鼠和种植肺腺癌的Ｃ５７Ｂｌ／６Ｎ小鼠。结果发现，荷瘤组小鼠体重和寿命明显低于或短于正常对照组和单纯感染组，尤以荷瘤伴结核杆菌及其Ｌ型感染组差异更为明显（Ｐ＜０．０１）。形态学观察：感染结核仟菌及其Ｌ型后，主要引起各脏器间质性炎，并发现感染组和荷瘤伴感染组共有３只小鼠患原发性肺腺癌，３只患肝癌。结果表明，结核杆菌在小鼠体内可被诱导为Ｌ型，引起间质性炎，并可能有诱发和促进肿瘤生长作用。
C57BL/6N mice and lung adenocarcinoma-bearing C57B1/6N mice were infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and its L-forms, respectively. The results showed that the weight and longevity of the tumor-bearing mice were significantly lower or shorter than those of the normal control group and the simple infection group, especially in the tumor-bearing mice with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and its L-type infection (P<0.01). Morphological observation: After infection with tubercle bacillus and its L-form, it mainly caused interstitial inflammation in various organs. A total of 3 mice in the infection group and the tumor-associated infection group were found to have primary lung adenocarcinoma, and 3 patients were diagnosed as having primary lung adenocarcinoma. Liver cancer. The results showed that Mycobacterium tuberculosis can be induced into L-type in mice, causing interstitial inflammation, and may induce and promote tumor growth.
