一、引言近年来,随着中型和大型电子计算机的研制和使用,铝合金磁盘的使用量日益增加.由于成品铝合金磁盘在制造过程中须经车削加工,所以,为了获得平直(平直度高于0.007毫米/每50毫米)而光亮(光洁度≥▽12)的磁盘片基,精车时的变形及光洁度问题的研究就显得十分重要了.本文,主要研究了Al-Mg系合金磁盘,精车加工过程中单面切削时的变形量、双面切削时变形量与走刀量、双面切削时变形量与切削深度之间的关系,以及光洁度与转数、光洁度与走刀量及切削深度之间的关系,并对如何消除精车加工过程中的变形问题进行了扼要的讨论.
