人生的路很长,中学时代的竞争只不过是今后漫长人生竞争的预演,这一阶段的竞争心态和竞争品格关乎一生,岂可小视?眼看着不少学生竞争心态异常、竞争品格低下,我们这些当老师的又怎能袖手旁观而“不作为”呢?对他们的竞争心态进行疏导,刻不容缓。与一切思想工作相同,这种疏导也应当从“情意认知”上入手。我以为,引导他们处理好以下几对关系,也许能够短效和长效兼顾,竞争心态和竞争品格双赢。

They may be able to combine short-term and long-term effects. The competitive mentality and competitive character will win both.
