本文介绍一种以系统理论为基础的判别正常和异常的血管顺应性的方法。记录胸部和头部的阻抗图,分别作为颈头部血管段系统的输入和输出信号。通过传递函数和冲激响应的分析,发现:(1)对应于第四、第五谐波的相角值与血管顺应性呈高度相关;(2)第五谐波的相角值和冲激响应的衰减时间τ值,为判别正常和异常血管顺应性的最佳参数(p<0.01)。
This article presents a method based on systematic theory that discriminates between normal and abnormal vascular compliance. Record the impedance diagram of the chest and head, respectively, as the input and output signals of the neck segment vascular segment system.
