弹跳力是排球运动员必须具备的身体素质。少年时期是发展弹跳力的敏感期,在此时期内的专项身体训练中,应有针对性发展弹跳力的训练。同时根据少年身体发育特点,选择适宜的练习方法,合理的训练手段,可起到事半功倍的效果。一、注意事项1.弹跳力训练需要有全年和多年计划,不能搞突击。一般情况下,冬训期间弹跳力训练比重要大些,而且多采用力量素质练习的训练方法;比赛期间比重可减少,并采用与技战术结合密切的练习方法。
