低碳消费需要是以低碳排放为特征的消费需要。它是在人们对各种消费资料及服务进行消费以满足某一特定需求的同时,更加注重对环境的保护以及资源的节约,减少碳的排放以促进全球碳的良性循环的一种需要。它是适应低碳经济发展的一种新型的消费需要,也是保证人类可持续发展的一种新的需求理念与价值观。本文简要阐述了低碳消费需要的内涵,刺激低碳消费需求的意义以及简要分析了实现低碳消费需求的对策建议。
Low-carbon consumption needs are consumer needs characterized by low carbon emissions. It is a need for people to pay more attention to environmental protection and resources conservation and carbon emission reduction so as to promote a virtuous cycle of global carbon while consuming various kinds of consumption materials and services to meet specific needs. It is a new type of consumer demand that is adapted to the development of low-carbon economy and a new concept of demand and values that ensure the sustainable development of mankind. This article briefly describes the connotation of low-carbon consumption needs to stimulate the significance of low-carbon consumer demand and a brief analysis of the recommendations to achieve low-carbon consumer demand.
