一、前言河南建材所和洛阳纤维石膏板厂,以天然半水石膏(CasO_4·1/2H_2O)、纤维为原料,采用湿法铺浆缠绕成型工艺,制出具有质轻、抗震、耐火、隔音、隔热、耐稳定、易加工和装饰效果好等优点的一种新型的无面纸石膏板。在制造石膏板时需加入缓凝剂,否则就无法成型。无面纸石膏板以往采用皮胶作缓凝剂,使用这种缓凝剂时存在的问题是:(1)货源少价格高。(2)使用时不便(需加热溶化),不能长期存放。针对这两个问题,我们研制了一种 TL 型缓凝剂,其中包括;TL—E 为桉叶缓凝剂;TL—V 为橡椀缓凝剂;参加试验的有林化所鞣型减水剂组;张宗和,刘南杰,黄加玲,白文光,王桂芳,刘文敏,雷道斌,陈传峰;洛阳纤维石膏板厂;常彤义;河南省建筑材料工程研究所:汪卓敏,彭远致。
I. Preface Henan Institute of Building Materials and Luoyang Fibre Gypsum Board Plant, using natural hemihydrate gypsum (CasO_4·1/2H_2O) and fiber as raw materials, adopting wet-laid winding forming process to produce light weight, shock resistance, fire resistance and sound insulation A new type of paperless gypsum board with the advantages of heat insulation, stability resistance, easy processing and good decorative effect. The retarder must be added when the gypsum board is manufactured, otherwise it cannot be formed. Pasteless gypsum board has used hide glue as retarder in the past. The problems with this retarder are: (1) High supply and low price. (2) It is inconvenient to use (dissolve by heating) and cannot be stored for a long time. In response to these two problems, we have developed a TL-type retarder, which includes: TL-E is a retarder for loquat leaves; TL-V is a retarder for rubber bowls; Water agent group; Zhang Zonghe, Liu Nanjie, Huang Jialing, Bai Wenguang, Wang Guifang, Liu Wenmin, Lei Daobin, Chen Chuanfeng; Luoyang Fiber Gypsum Board Factory; Chang Yiyi; Henan Institute of Building Materials Engineering: Zhuomin Zhuo, Yuanyuan Peng.
