目的评价3种消毒剂用于献血者皮肤消毒的消毒效果。方法选择100名献血者,将同一人的同侧手臂内侧分为3个区域,分别使用不同消毒剂进行消毒,比较消毒前后细菌培养结果。结果使用2%碘酊+75%酒精脱碘方法消毒后菌落数为(0.56±0.03)cfu/皿,合格率为97.0%;含0.55%碘伏的棉棒消毒后菌落数为(0.89±0.05)cfu/皿,合格率为96.0%;使用2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒后菌落数为(0.38±0.03)cfu/皿,合格率为98.0%;3种消毒剂消毒效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种消毒剂均可达到皮肤消毒效果标准要求,使用0.55%碘伏的棉棒和2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒操作更为简便,适用于献血者皮肤表面消毒。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of 3 disinfectants on the skin of blood donors. Methods One hundred blood donors were selected. The medial side of the ipsilateral arm of the same individual was divided into three regions. Different disinfectants were used for disinfection. The results of bacterial culture before and after disinfection were compared. Results The number of colonies was (0.56 ± 0.03) cfu / dish after sterilizing with 2% iodine + 75% alcohol, the pass rate was 97.0%. The number of colonies after disinfecting with 0.55% iodophor was (0.89 ± 0.05) cfu / dish, with a pass rate of 96.0%. After disinfection with 2% chlorhexidine gluconate, the number of colonies was (0.38 ± 0.03) cfu / dish with a pass rate of 98.0%. There was no significant difference in the disinfection efficacy among the three disinfectants Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion All the three disinfectants can reach the standard of skin disinfection effect. The sterilizing operation with 0.55% iodophor swab and 2% chlorhexidine gluconate is more convenient. It is suitable for disinfecting the skin surface of blood donors.
