目的探讨病理状态下颅内静脉窦压与颅内压的关系。方法选择100例中重型颅脑损伤住院患者,收集其颅内静脉窦压及颅内压的相关数据,并进行相关性分析。结果在颅脑损伤早期,颅内压低于4.0 k Pa时,颅内压与颅内静脉窦压呈正相关(r=0.577,P<0.001)。随着颅内压的逐步升高,颅内静脉窦压增加并不明显,出现一相对的平台期,当颅内压上升至6.25 k Pa时,颅内静脉窦压反较平台期略有下降。结论在颅脑损伤早期,颅内压与颅内静脉窦压存在一压力梯度,保持颅内静脉的通畅对控制颅内压的升高十分重要。
Objective To investigate the relationship between intracranial venous pressure and intracranial pressure under pathological conditions. Methods 100 hospitalized patients with moderate-severe traumatic brain injury were selected to collect the data of intracranial sinus pressure and intracranial pressure, and the correlation analysis was performed. Results In the early stage of craniocerebral injury, intracranial pressure was positively correlated with intracranial sinus pressure when intracranial pressure was lower than 4.0 kPa (r = 0.577, P <0.001). With the increase of intracranial pressure, the increase of intracranial venous pressure was not obvious, a relative plateau appeared. When the intracranial pressure increased to 6.25 kPa, the intracranial sinus pressure decreased slightly compared with the plateau . Conclusion In the early stage of craniocerebral injury, intracranial pressure and intracranial sinus pressure there is a pressure gradient, to keep the intracranial venous patency for the control of intracranial pressure is very important.
