本文研究了一个供应商和多个零售商构成的供应链之间的折扣回购策略问题,供应商确定产品的批发价和回购价格,零售商根据批发价和回购价格确定订购数量。我们以条件风险值(CVaR)损失作为目标和回购折扣率为参数,建立了一个多随从双层条件风险值模型,得到了在给定回购参数和批发价格确定情形下的下层零售商的最优订购量解析表达式,证明了批发价格减少导致零售商订购量增加、回购价格增大零售商的订购量减少等结果,最后给出了在给定不同回购折扣下的求解最优批发价格和订购量的近似计算方法。本文结果可为风险厌恶型的多随从供应链的产品批发和订购的契约设计提供一个理论工具。
This paper studies the issue of discount buyback strategy between a supplier and multiple retailers. The supplier determines the wholesale price and repurchase price of the product. The retailer determines the order quantity based on the wholesale price and the repurchase price. Using the conditional risk value (CVaR) loss as the target and the repurchase discount rate as a parameter, we established a multi-following, two-tier conditional risk value model and obtained the underlying retailer’s determination in the context of a given repurchase parameter and wholesale price determination. The analytical expression of the optimal order quantity proves that the decrease of the wholesale price leads to the increase of the order quantity of the retailer, the increase of the repurchase price and the decrease of the order quantity of the retailer, etc. Finally, the optimal solution under the given different repurchase discount is given. Approximate calculation method for wholesale price and order quantity. The results of this paper can provide a theoretical tool for the risk aversion-based contract design of wholesale and ordering products in the supply chain.
