目的:制定量化考评体系,规范零售药店执业药师的执业行为。方法:采用文献研究方法,通过分析归纳我国零售药店执业药师工作的现存问题,结合我国现有政策法规及国外相关做法,参考其它行业绩效考评体系的制定方法,初步探讨零售药店执业药师工作考评体系的建立。结果:结合我国零售药店执业药师工作实际,初拟出两套考核体系,并对相应奖惩体制的建立提出建议。结论:目前我国零售药店执业药师的管理工作存在诸多问题,缺乏考评体系对执业药师的作用发挥情况进行客观的考评。因此,执业药师量化考评体系的建立以及《药师法》的出台迫在眉睫。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a quantitative evaluation system to standardize the practices of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies. Methods: By means of literature research, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the practice of retail pharmacist in our country, combined with the existing policies and regulations in our country and relevant practices in other countries, with reference to the formulation method of performance appraisal system in other industries, and discussed the appraisal system of retail pharmacist practicing pharmacists The establishment of. Results: Combined with the practice of licensed pharmacist in retail pharmacies in our country, we initially proposed two sets of evaluation system and put forward suggestions on the establishment of appropriate reward and punishment system. Conclusion: At present, there are many problems in the management of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in our country. The lack of evaluation system objectively evaluates the role played by practicing pharmacists. Therefore, the establishment of quantitative pharmacists evaluation system and the introduction of “Pharmacists Law” is imminent.
