研究业已发现采用酪氨酸酶测定法可以探测硬粒小麦(Drvum oeslivum)受普通小麦(Triticum oeslivum)混杂的程度。把小麦种子浸入酪氨酸酶溶液里,然后再暴露在空气中,可使普通小麦籽粒变黑,这样,能在30min或更短的时间内很容易地把普通小麦同硬粒小麦区分开来.酪氨酸酶作用物(底物)无毒易处理.本测定方法能把硬粒普通小麦和软粒普通小麦同硬粒小麦加以区分,很适宜于品质鉴别。
Studies have found that tyrosinase assays can detect the extent to which Drvum oeslivum is mixed with Triticum oeslivum. Immersing the wheat seeds in tyrosinase solution and then exposing them to the air darkens the grains of common wheat so that it is easy to distinguish common wheat from durum wheat in 30 minutes or less Tyrosinase substrate (substrate) non-toxic and easy to handle.This method can distinguish between Durum wheat and soft wheat ordinary wheat with durum wheat, it is suitable for quality identification.
