民族文物是集合中华民族多年优秀传统素质的必要依据,本身积淀着深厚的历史、艺术和科学价值,理应得到社会大众的广泛重视和全力保护。近几年,新时期特有的民族文物接连流失,主要原因是涉及系统概念和价值范围尚未在人民之间完整阐述,公允的认可机制效应不能得到及时回应和认可。经过对贵州文物保护现状长时期的实践研究和经验补充,作者针对该类文化项目的重新定义和科学分类手段,制定保护民族文物的几项重要措施方案,希望能够适当减轻阶段流失产生的经济和精神损失效应。
National relics are the necessary basis for gathering the excellent traditional qualities of the Chinese nation for many years. They themselves accumulate profound historical, artistic and scientific values and deserve the extensive attention and full protection of the general public. In recent years, the unique loss of national relics in the new era has been caused by the loss of successive national cultural relics due to the fact that the system concept and value range have not yet been fully elaborated by the people and that the effect of a fair recognition mechanism can not be promptly answered and endorsed. After a long period of practice research and experience supplement on the status quo of cultural relics protection in Guizhou, the author has formulated some important measures for the protection of national relics according to the redefinition of such cultural items and the scientific classification means, hoping to appropriately reduce the economic and Mental loss effect.
