图1所示为车床夹具的螺纹一楔式夹紧机构。工件由壳体6的侧面孔装入,并双销定位,再旋转紧定螺钉1,推动楔而压块2向下移动,进入有楔面孔的夹紧块3内,使之夹紧工件。但在松开工件时,当紧定螺钉1上移,其b处的螺纹M12左会发生脱扣,分离楔面压块2,不能分开工件。若再用手向后推动夹紧块3,工件还是不能卸下,只好用锤子把工件砸下,造成工件砸废,夹具损坏。产生这种现象的原因,在于该结构受力失调。
Figure 1 shows a thread clamp wedge clamping mechanism. The workpiece is loaded into the side hole of the housing 6 and positioned with two pins. Then, the set screw 1 is rotated to push the wedge and the pressing block 2 moves downward to enter the clamping block 3 with the wedged hole so as to clamp the workpiece. However, when releasing the workpiece, when the set screw 1 moves upward, the thread M12 at the b position will be tripped to the left, and the wedge clamp 2 will be separated and the workpiece can not be separated. If you then push the hand back to the clamping block 3, the workpiece still can not be removed, had to use the hammer to drop the workpiece, causing the workpiece smash, fixture damage. The reason for this phenomenon is that the structure is stressed.
