现阶段,新媒体发展迅速,已经渗透到了民众生活的方方面面,越来越受到民众的亲睐,特别是微信基于其特有的方便、快捷以及功能强大等特点,成为了我国拥有用户量最多的新媒体软件,备受民众喜爱。但是与此同时,关于使用微信而产生的各种侵权行为也层出不穷,尤其是涉及到微信著作权方面的侵权行为日渐增加,保护微信著作权的呼声日渐高涨,受到了社会各界以及民众的密切关注。因此本文在归纳总结微信著作权的相关理论的基础上,探讨了我国保护微信著作权在立法上存在的相关问题,并提出了进一步健全我国微信著作权立法的相关对策,以期能够加强对微信著作权的保护,规范微信文化,净化网络环境,健全我国社会主义法治建设。
