WY我身边的朋友多是白领,很多都有颈椎的问题。我最近也中招了,去医院看医生,医生说这是一种城市病,平时要通过运动去预防与缓解,建议像我一样的办公室白领都去打羽毛球。我于是请教练、找球会,也就两个月不到,技术虽不见长,但颈椎确实舒服多了。以前是经常晚上痛得睡不着,或者半夜被痛醒,现在不会了。我想医生的建议还是正确的,羽毛球运动简直有点对
