世界能源组织(IEA)不久前发表报告显示,今年第4季度全球对石油输出国组织(OPEC)成员国的石油需求量将大幅度增加,日需求量将达100万桶。报告指出,世界性需求的增加将导致OPEC各国间关于石油产量配额方面的争吵更加激烈,OPEC订于6月8日在维也纳召开会议,商讨石油生产配额等问题。据悉,一些OPEC国家将对4季度原油需求量大增表示乐观,因为这将带来油价的升高。但象科威特这样的国家则将会更迫不及待地希望在第3季度就能提高其石油生产量。科威特一直对目前OPEC分配给自己的生产配额很不满意,其石油大臣不断提醒OPEC其他成员国遵守他们曾作出的将在第3季度给科较大配额量的允诺。IEA的报告指出,今年第3季度全球的石油需求量仅
According to a report released recently by the World Energy Organization (IEA), the global oil demand for OPEC member countries will substantially increase in the fourth quarter of this year, with daily demand of 1 million barrels. The report pointed out that the increase in world demand will lead to OPEC countries on oil production quotas quarrel more intense, OPEC is scheduled for June 8 meeting in Vienna to discuss oil production quotas and other issues. It is reported that some OPEC countries will be optimistic about the surge in demand for 4Q10 crude oil, because it will bring about the rise in oil prices.
