摘要目的对诊断为急性胸痛后猝死者中确定死后应用微创的CT血管成像结合影像导引下心肌与肺组织活检的可行性,并将传统的尸检方法作为标准进行比较。方法本研究已获得司法部及伦理委员会批准。20具生前诊为急性胸痛的尸体(4具女性尸体,16具男性尸体,年龄范围15~80岁)行全身CT血管成像并进行标准化的影像引导下穿刺活检。该标准包括3处心肌活检和1处双侧中央肺组织活检。根据横断面影像进行初步分析,随后再进行额外的肺血凝块活检以区分肺血栓与死后形成的血栓。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the feasibility of minimally invasive CT angiography combined with image-guided myocardial and lung biopsy in patients who were diagnosed as sudden death after acute chest pain. Traditional autopsy methods were compared as a standard. Methods This study has been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Ethics Committee. 20 were diagnosed with acute chest pain (4 female bodies, 16 male bodies, age range 15 to 80 years) diagnosed with acute chest pain. Whole-body CT angiography was performed and a standardized image-guided biopsy was performed. The standard includes 3 myocardial biopsies and 1 bilateral central lung biopsy. A preliminary analysis based on cross-sectional images was followed by additional pulmonary clot biopsy to differentiate thrombus formation from pulmonary thromboembolism.
