近年来,日本的水泥混凝土路面都是根据日本道路协会《水泥混凝土路面设计手册》进行设计和修建的。为了检验现有路面设计方法和制订新的设计手册,日本道路协会于1984年2月对使用中的混凝土路面进行了广泛的调查。文章对所进行的下列项目的凋查及其结果作了阐述:混凝土板厚度所能承受的交通量等级、混凝土抗弯强度没计的标准值与允许值、基层厚度与承载力系数或路基设计CBR 的关系、各级交通量对路基承载系数的确定、板厚在25cm以上和以下的缩缝间和胀缝间与冬夏施工的规定等。这些调查结果即为日本制订新的水泥混凝上路面设计手册的原则。
In recent years, Japanese cement concrete pavements have been designed and constructed according to the Japan Roads Association’s “Cement Concrete Pavement Design Manual.” In order to test existing pavement design methods and develop new design manuals, the Japan Roads Association conducted an extensive survey of in-service concrete pavements in February 1984. The article described the following items were witnessed and the results were described: the thickness of concrete slabs can withstand the traffic level, concrete bending strength of non-standard values and allowable values, the grass-roots thickness and bearing capacity factor or subgrade design CBR relationship between the levels of traffic on the subgrade bearing coefficient to determine the thickness of 25cm above and below the shrinkage and expansion joints and winter and summer construction requirements. The findings of these surveys are the principle of Japan’s development of a new cement concrete pavement design manual.
