目的:探究内镜微创治疗患者规范化围术期的管理措施,并对其作用效果进行评价。方法:将温州市中心医院消化内科2013年2月~2014年2月期间进行内镜微创治疗的280例患者进行研究,将这些患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规的护理手段,观察组患者实施规范化围术期管理。对两组患者的护理满意度以及发生不良事件的情况进行比较分析。结果:对照组患者对护理人员的满意度为86.8%,观察组患者对护理人员的护理满意度为97.5%。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者出现不良事件发生率明显高于观察组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科内镜微创治疗患者采用规范化围术期管理措施,能够有效地对患者进行全方位、高效的护理,提高患者的护理质量减少不良事件的发生。
Objective: To explore the management of minimally invasive endoscopic minimally invasive perioperative management and evaluation of its effect. Methods: Two hundred and eighty patients underwent endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the Department of Gastroenterology, Wenzhou Central Hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were studied. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine care and patients in the observation group were administered standardized perioperative management. The two groups of patients’ satisfaction with nursing care and the occurrence of adverse events were compared and analyzed. Results: The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the control group was 86.8%. The satisfaction degree of the nursing staff in the observation group was 97.5%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The standardized perioperative management of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment of patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively carry out all-round and efficient care for patients, improve the quality of patient care and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
