和几个朋友一起吃饭,大家让我点菜,称赞我是美食家。我说,其实我主要是做服务的,所以是个点菜家。大家不解其中缘由。我说,美食家纵然知味,但主要以自我感受为中心,是自我享受者。美食家与大家在一起吃饭,喜欢点符合他自己所好的,却不见得符合大家的口味。而点菜家不一样,他主要考虑诸多客人的口味,点的菜被大家接受,能吃完,能吃好,能吃开心。点菜家要有很强的体会大家需要的服务意识,当然有美食的底子是好的,但是还不够。
