受澄清技术、微絮凝过滤技术及悬浮球填料接触氧化技术的启发,提出了悬浮球填料接触絮凝工艺技术。该技术既摒弃了微絮凝过滤的弊端,又充分利用了悬浮球填料所具有的强大的吸附能力及不易堵塞的特性。悬浮球填料接触絮凝是对常规絮凝单元的有效强化,是混合与常规絮凝之间良好的水力过渡。加装的填料大大提高了絮体的浓度,极大地增加了絮体碰撞的几率。该工艺适用于低温低浊水处理的新建、扩建及改造工程,实践表明,其工艺技术简单,投资少,能够显著减少低温低浊水处理的药耗。
Inspired by the clarification technology, the micro-flocculation filtration technology and the contact oxidation technology of the suspended ball filler, the contact ballizing suspension technology was proposed. This technology not only abandons the disadvantages of micro-flocculation filtration, but also makes full use of the strong adsorption capacity and the non-clogging characteristics of the suspension ball packing. Suspension Ball Filling Contact flocculation is an effective strengthening of conventional flocculation units and is a good hydraulic transition between mixing and conventional flocculation. Addition of packing greatly increased the concentration of flocs, which greatly increased the probability of floc collisions. The process is suitable for the construction, expansion and renovation of low-temperature and low-turbidity water treatment. Practice shows that the process is simple and the investment is small, which can significantly reduce the drug consumption of low-temperature and low-turbidity water treatment.
