目的:尝试建立偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型。方法:使用人工气候箱风湿刺激加利血平化低5-HT伴局部脑血管痉挛协同诱导建立大鼠偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型,通过观察动物一般生命体征(活动、体重、眼眵、毛发、进食、大便),挠头次数,图像采集、分析技术研究模型大鼠风湿夹瘀证生物表征(舌象RGB)的变化及动物凝血、五羟色胺等,观察模型动物是否符合风湿夹瘀症候特征。结果:利血平组与利血平加风湿造模组大鼠较对照组凝血时间明显缩短,痛阈降低,全血及脑内5-HT含量明显下降(P<0.01),利血平加风湿造模组大鼠眼眵增多,活动减少,进食减少,大便稀溏,舌象RGB值分析,对照组大鼠舌象淡红,利血平组舌象紫暗,利血平加风湿组舌质青灰,3组舌象RGB值有明显差异。结论:使用人工气候箱风湿刺激加利血平化低5-HT伴局部脑血管痉挛协同诱导可建立大鼠偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型,但仍需进一步改进造模评价方法与流程。
Objective: To establish animal models of migraine and rheumatoid stasis syndrome. Methods: The animal model of migraine with rheumatoid arthritis was induced by the combination of rheumatoid arthritis and glioblastoma 5-HT with local cerebral vasospasm. The effects of rheumatoid arthritis on general vital signs (activity, body weight, Hair loss, feeding, stool), scratching times, image acquisition, and analysis of technical models of rats rheumatoid stasis syndrome biological characterization (Tongue RGB) changes and animal coagulation, serotonin and other observed model animals meet rheumatoid stasis syndrome characteristics. Results: Compared with the control group, the clotting time, the pain threshold and the 5-HT content in the whole blood and brain were significantly decreased (P <0.01) Rheumatoid model rats increased eye movements, decreased activity, reduced feeding, stool thinning, tongue RGB value analysis, the control group rats tongue pink, reserpine group tongue dark, reserpine plus rheumatoid Tongue gray, three groups of tongue RGB values were significantly different. CONCLUSION: The animal model of migraine with rheumatoid arthritis and stasis syndrome can be established by the combination of rheumatoid stimulation with galectin-5-HT with local cerebral vasospasm in rheumatoid arthritis rats. However, the evaluation methods and procedures of modeling are still needed to be further improved.
