总悬浮颗粒TSP(totalsuspendedparticulate)和10μm以下人体可吸入颗粒物,即RSP(respirablesuspendedparticulate)样品采自香港市区和郊区。样品采用超声抽提和硅胶层析柱分离,使用气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱(GC、GC-MSD)分析饱和烃和芳烃馏分。研究表明,TSP样品中含有化石燃料燃烧和生物来源的脂肪烃,包括正构烷烃、甾烷和藿烷类等有机物。芳香烃主要由2—7环的多环芳烃(PAHs)组成,其中10种属美国优先控制污染物(EPA)。RSP样品中主要含生物来源的正构烷烃,含少量代表化石燃烧产物的藿烷类和8种PAHs,其中间四联苯相对含量很高,可能主要来源于多聚体(如聚乙烯等),间四联苯/荧蒽比值>10,可能代表来源于城市垃圾的焚烧。市区与郊区TSP相比,前者有机污染较后者高。郊区TSP与RSP相比,后者PAHs含量较前者高。
Total suspended particulates TSP (totalsuspendedparticulate) and human respirable particulate matter less than 10μm, namely RSP (respirablesuspendedparticulate) samples were collected from urban and suburban areas of Hong Kong. The samples were separated by sonication and silica gel column chromatography. The samples were analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MSD). Studies have shown that TSP samples contain fossil fuel combustion and bio-derived aliphatic hydrocarbons, including n-alkanes, steranes and hopanes and other organic matter. Aromatic hydrocarbons are mainly composed of 2- to 7-ring polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), of which 10 are U.S. priority pollutants (EPA). RSP samples containing mainly bio-derived n-alkanes, with a small amount of representatives of fossil products of hopanes and eight PAHs, the middle of the relatively high content of four biphenyls, may be mainly derived from polymers (such as polyethylene, etc.) , M-terphenyl / fluoranthene ratio> 10, may represent sources of urban waste incineration. Compared with the suburban TSP, the former has higher organic pollution than the latter. Suburb TSP and RSP compared to the latter PAHs content higher than the former.
