近日,国际民防组织授予公安部消防局局长郭铁男少将国际民防骑士勋章,并向公安部递交了勋章及证书。国际民防组织成立于1931年,1972年成为政府间国际组织,其宗旨是推动世界各国防止和减少和平时期自然灾害(包括减灾、人防和消防等工作)和战时对平民提供保护,对伤员提供医疗。目前国际民防组织共有46个会员国,13个观察员国和12个附属会员组
