原电力教育中心(以下简称“中心”)作为云南电网公司管理、技术、技能人员岗位履职能力培训与继续教育的实施主体,履行着电力行业特有工种职业技能培训与鉴定的职能,以“服务创先需要,提供人才支持”为主线,服务于公司优化人力资源结构的培训与评价工作,按照“三贴近”(贴近学员、生产、实际),“三着力”(着力强化需求分析、基地建设、师资培养),“一注重”(注重培训后评价),“一拓展”(拓展远程教育)的思路,确保教学质量的稳步提高,为公司实施战略目标提供智力支持和人才保障。
