目的:观察活血祛痰方及其拆方对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾功能及NF-κB的影响。方法:将DN大鼠42只随机分成4组:复方组、丹参组、法夏组及对照组。前3组分别予活血祛痰方、丹参、法夏煎液灌胃,对照组予等量生理盐水灌胃,1次/d,连续8周。第8周末检测各组大鼠BUN、Scr、24h尿蛋白、IL-6及NF-κB表达水平,并观察肾组织病理改变情况。结果:3组各项指标均明显降低,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中丹参组各项指标降低最明显,与复方组、法夏组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);丹参组肾脏病理情况改善明显。结论:丹参改善DN大鼠各项指标最明显,疗效优于复方组及法夏组,可延缓糖尿病肾病进程。
Objective: To observe the effect of “Huoxue Qutan Recipe” and its decomposed formulas on renal function and NF-κB in rats with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: 42 DN rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: compound group, Salvia group, France summer group and control group. The first three groups were given the blood expectorant side, Salvia, France summer decoction gavage, the control group were given the same amount of saline gavage, 1 / d, for 8 weeks. At the end of 8th week, the expression of BUN, Scr, 24h urinary protein, IL-6 and NF-κB in each group were detected, and the pathological changes of renal tissue were observed. Results: The indexes of three groups were significantly decreased, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); among them, the indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza group decreased most obviously. Compared with the compound group and the Fascia group, the differences were significant Statistical significance (P <0.05); Salvia group of renal pathology improved significantly. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza improved the most obvious indexes of DN rats, and its curative effect is better than compound group and Fashia group, which can delay the process of diabetic nephropathy.
