目的探讨正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙畸形的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月~2015年9月在我院接受治疗的牙列缺损伴牙畸形患者48例作为此次研究对象,所有患者临床资料保存完整。将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组24例。其中对照组患者实施常规治疗;观察组患者实施修复与正畸联合治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗优良率为95.8%(23/24),高于对照组的83.3%(20/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的牙齿功能恢复率与治疗满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙畸形治愈率高,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of orthodontic repair combined with dentition defect. Methods Forty-eight patients with dentition defect and dentition deformity who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the study object. All the patients had complete clinical data. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated routinely. The patients in the observation group were treated with combined orthodontic and orthodontic treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.8% (23/24), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.3%, 20/24). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The teeth functional recovery rate and treatment satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Orthodontics combined with the treatment of dentition defect with dental crooked deformity cure rate is high, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
