在第二十五次全国公路局长座谈会上,交通运输部公路局养护保通处处长杨国峰,交通运输部干部管理学院教授张柱庭,交通运输部公路科学院副总工程师王松根、桥梁中心主任李万恒,分别就“十一五”全国干线公路养护管理检查总结与分析、关于《公路安全保护条例》的几个重要问题、干线公路改造以及桥梁养护的形势与任务四方面内容作了相关的主题报告。与会人员普遍反映,这四份资料详实的主题报告,既反映了全国公路在“十一五”养护工作中所取得的部分成绩,也反映了发展过程中存在的问题,同时也将为“十二五”养护发展提供重要的参考依据。
