公文作为政令下达、下情上达的载体,在民航行政管理和行业政府治理中发挥着重要作用。然而,长期以来,一些民航安全类公文质量并不高。在字句方面,主要存在:搭配不当、句式杂糅、成分残缺或多余、语序不当、结构失衡、错字病句等问题。究其原因,一是重视程度不够,重实用轻载体。二是有关人员对公文标准掌握不好,没有把握公文规律,行文不合要求。三是公文写作人员的中文基本功不扎实,出现语法、文字等错误。针对这些现象,应该在思想重视、培训教育、系统管理等方面下功夫,提升公文质量。 Documents issued as government decrees, under the conditions of the carrier, in civil aviation administration and industry government plays an important role.
