建立了轻烃醚化外循环式反应器的拟均相一维模型 ,采用VisualBasic 6.0语言编写了设计程序 ,考察了催化剂床层分段、各段循环比的变化、外循环段与绝热段结合及原料入口温度对反应器的尺寸和床层轴向温度分布的影响。结果表明 :循环比和循环方式是反应器设计的主要决定因素。对规模为 10kt/a的甲基叔丁基醚反应器进行了设计与分析
