The economic conditions in Vietnam have been improving. The construction of government and civil engineering projects is booming. Private houses and shops are everywhere. The market for electrical devices including wires, cables, light switches, and voltmeters is very prosperous. Although 50% of households in Vietnam currently do not have wire systems installed, according to the Vietnam Power Corporation’s plan to produce 30 billion kWh of electricity over the next five years and expand the original 220KV grid to the 4,000-kilometer network, the people’s livelihood construction market will grow by 20% annually. Electrical accessories market demand will follow the water
