患儿,女,4(1/2)岁,因精神萎靡、面潮红11h(小时),伴精神症状4h于1987年4月10日下午6时半急诊入院.病前疑“弱视”在某医院就诊,给予1%硫酸阿托品眼青1支(3gm),含阿托品生物碱24.9mg),嘱“用玻棒点眼一日三次,点三天后验光”.即日上午7时半点完该支眼膏总量的1/3量后10min眼结膜充血、眼不适、视物模糊、口干、面潮红、精神萎靡、乏力、呕吐一次.中午12时半又将剩下的眼膏几乎点完,约1刻钟后发热38℃(腋温)、面潮
