随着计算机在各领域的广泛应用及无纸化办公的普及,对传统档案工作模式提出了新的要求,随着信息技术的不断发展更新,高校档案信息化建设成为档案工作改革和发展的必然趋势。高校档案信息化建设的主要目标就是为了迎合时代发展的需求,属于一项系统性的建设工程。然而在高校档案信息化建设过程中出现了不少问题,从而导致高校档案信息化进程缓慢。文章围绕高校档案信息化建设中的重要性及意义、存在问题等几方面来讨论,其目的就是为了在档案信息化工作中如何趋其利,避其弊。
With the extensive application of computers in various fields and the popularization of paperless office, new requirements have been put forward for the work mode of traditional files. With the constant development and update of information technology, the construction of archives informationization in colleges and universities has become the inevitable necessity for the reform and development of archives work trend. The main goal of college archives informationization is to cater to the needs of the development of the times and belongs to a systematic construction project. However, there are many problems in the construction of archives informationization in colleges and universities, which leads to the slow progress of college archives informationization. This article center on the importance and significance of college archives information construction, existing problems and other aspects to discuss, the purpose is to file information technology how to profit from its disadvantages.
