国有企业作为我国国民经济的支柱,在当前国民经济总量不平衡、有效需求不足的宏观经济格局下,对建立社会主义市场经济体制、巩固社会主义制度、提高政府的宏观调控能力和保持国民经济持续稳定发展都具有极为重要的意义。国有企业改革问题已成为目前中国经济体制改革的重点和难点之一。本文简要阐述了当前国有企业改革中取得的成效,并指出其中存在的一些问题。

The reform of state-owned enterprises has become one of the key and difficult issues in the current reform of China’s economic structure. This article briefly describes the achievements made in the current reform of state-owned enterprises and points out some of the existing problems.
