财政志在县(市)志中有何作用?其篇章如何设计?在编写时,是仅仅罗列收支数字还是以反映社会主义建设、改革开放为重点?这些问题,是我们地方志工作者面临的尚未完全解决的实际问题。内地同行作了不少探索和实践,走在我们的前面;《哈密县志》的出版发行,在这方面也为我们提供了许多经验。综观一些县志财政志的篇章结构与内容,结合自己的修志体验,特提出以下问题向同仁们请教、探讨。 What is the role of financial records in the county (city) logos and how are their chapters designed? At the time of writing, are they just a breakdown of income and expenditure or are they focused on reflecting socialist construction and reform and opening up? Practical problems that have not yet been completely solved. The mainland counterparts made a lot of exploration and practice and walked ahead of us. The publication and distribution of “Hami County Zhi” also provided us with many experiences in this respect. Looking at the structure and content of some chapters of the financial journal, combined with their own experience of Chi, especially to ask the following questions to colleagues to discuss.
