研究了不同含量Yb部分替换Zr对热挤+冷轧态Al-0.2Sc-0.04(Zr,Yb)合金力学性能和导电性的影响。发现只有Yb含量为0.01%和0.02%的Al-0.2Sc-0.04(Zr,Yb)合金具有明显的时效强化峰,最佳时效温度在330℃左右。Yb含量为0.01%和0.02%的合金的屈服强度分别为188.1和177.5MPa,抗拉强度分别为212.9和207.3MPa。过量Yb替换Zr反而导致力学性能降低。冷轧能进一步提高合金导电性。综合结果表明,Yb含量为0.02%的Al-0.2Sc-0.04(Zr,Yb)合金兼具优良的力学性能和良好的导电性能。
The effects of different contents of Yb partially replacing Zr on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of hot-rolled and cold-rolled Al-0.2Sc-0.04 (Zr, Yb) alloys were investigated. It is found that only Al-0.2Sc-0.04 (Zr, Yb) alloys with Yb content of 0.01% and 0.02% have obvious aging strengthening peaks with the best aging temperature about 330 ℃. The yield strengths of alloys with Yb content of 0.01% and 0.02% were 188.1 and 177.5 MPa, respectively, and the tensile strengths were 212.9 and 207.3 MPa, respectively. Excess Yb replaces Zr but leads to reduced mechanical properties. Cold rolling can further improve the conductivity of the alloy. The comprehensive results show that the Al-0.2Sc-0.04 (Zr, Yb) alloy with Yb content of 0.02% has excellent mechanical properties and good electrical conductivity.
