振动沉管灌注桩是指用振动沉管灌注桩机的施工工艺生产的一种现浇混凝土现场成型的桩。30多年来,因其工效高,造价低,灵活方便等优点,在国内外受到人们的普遍重视。但由于其难以穿透密实、坚硬的泥夹石及卵石地层,单桩承载力仅300KN左右,它的发展始终受到很大的局限。这次我们结合湖南行政学院学员宿舍南楼工程,针对振动沉管灌注桩薄弱点进行了一些研究探讨,并将新研究的施工工艺称为改性振动沉管灌注桩施工工艺。
Vibrating sinking pipe pouring pile refers to a cast-in-place concrete pile that is produced by the construction process of vibrating sinking tube pile driver. More than 30 years, due to its high efficiency, low cost, flexibility and convenience, it is widely valued by people at home and abroad. However, due to its difficult to penetrate the dense, hard mudstone and pebble stratum, single pile bearing capacity of only 300KN, its development has always been subject to great limitations. This time, we combined with the Hunan Administration College dormitory South Building project, for the vibration of the sinking pile weak points for some research and discussion, and the new construction technology referred to as the modified vibration sinking pipe pouring pile construction process.
