新的发展阶段下,普惠金融改革既有必要性、紧迫性,也有独特的资源和资产基础.龙岩市依托政策性保险出台“三农”综合保险,从2011年全面推进实施起,至今已10余年载,走出了一条在全国率先实现三农综合保险全市覆盖的创新之路,形成“政府引导、市场运作、自主自愿、协同推进”的“三农”综合保险“龙岩模式”.龙岩的实践表明“三农”综合保险是中国特色农业现代化道路的一种独有模式,具有深刻的理论意义和实践意义.

本文介绍了Cesium的基本概念及其特性,并结合我国煤矿智能化的发展,提出了Cesium三维框架在矿井巷道掘进的应用,通过矿井巷道掘进的三个步骤,即掘进、支护和运输,分别来展示Cesium在矿井巷道掘进方向上的应用前景.结果 表明,在信息技术的不断转型升级的大时代下,基于Cesium的三维框架可以在不需要任何插件的前提下,直观地在网页上构建出矿井巷道的三维模型,便捷地实现矿井巷道掘进可视模拟、支护的动态监测和运输的安全管理,为矿井巷道掘进安全操作和管理提供了一种更加有效的信息技术手段.
