本文利用自动粘弹谱仪分别测定了改性双基(CMDB)推进剂、双基(DB)推进剂和聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合推进剂的动态力学性能。研究了三种固体填料[铝粉(A1)、高氯酸铵(AP)、奥克托金(HMX)]和增塑剂[三乙酸甘油酯(TA)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、硝化甘油(NG)]的种类与含量对双基粘合剂的动态力学性能影响。文中给出了这些配方在频率为3Hz、宽广温度范围内的动态力学性能数据和图谱。本文还测定了CMDB推进剂、双基粘合剂和PVC推进剂在宽广温度范围内的冲击强度。本文认为CMDB推进剂的动态力学性能介于DB推进剂与PVC复合推进剂之间,并在使用温度范围内具有内耗较大、低温强β松弛的特点。
In this paper, the dynamic mechanical properties of CMDB propellants, DB propellants and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) propellants were measured by automatic viscoelastic spectroscopy. Three kinds of solid fillers, aluminum powder (A1), ammonium perchlorate (AP), octocrylene (HMX) and plasticizer [triacetin (TA), dibutyl phthalate DBP), nitroglycerin (NG) types and content on the dynamic mechanical properties of the bismuth-based adhesives. The dynamic mechanical properties and spectra of these formulations are given in the frequency range of 3 Hz and in a wide range of temperatures. This article also measured the impact strength of CMDB propellants, binders and PVC propellants over a wide temperature range. In this paper, the dynamic mechanical properties of CMDB propellant are between that of DB propellant and PVC composite propellant, and have the characteristics of large internal friction and strong β relaxation at low temperature in the operating temperature range.
